Digital Badges

Digital badges make learning achievements visible. Instead of completing a course and moving on, learners receive a clear, portable credential that shows what they achieved and what skill it represents. Badges can be issued for completing a program, demonstrating a competency, passing an assessment, or reaching a milestone in a learning path. For organizations, digital badges support motivation and clarity. They create recognition at scale, help standardize what “competent” means, and make it easier to track capability development across teams.

For learners, badges offer proof of progress, build confidence, and can be shared internally or externally when appropriate. When designed with clear criteria, badges strengthen the link between learning and real, measurable skills.
