Learnifier strengthens commercial team to support continued growth – Mattias Dahlgren appointed Chief Commercial Officer

Mattias Dahlgren co-founded Learnifier and has since built solid experience working closely with customers and executive teams to drive development and change. Most recently, he comes from Great Leaders, where for many years he worked closely with organizations to build trust-based leadership that fosters a strong learning culture. His approach is characterized by close customer collaboration, deep understanding of clients’ businesses, and a strong passion for helping people and organizations grow.

In his new role at Learnifier, Mattias will be responsible for the company’s commercial development, with a focus on how people, culture, and technology together create real business value — and how learning becomes a strategic priority that engages the entire organization, not just HR.

The appointment is part of Learnifier’s long-term strategy for growth and internationalization. Recently, the company strengthened its organization with a new Head of Sales with a particular focus on the Norwegian market, and has also entered the German market through strategic partnerships. Together with a strengthened offering at the intersection of people and platform, these initiatives represent important steps in Learnifier’s continued expansion.
